This website is operated by Kay Koy, a bar and restaurant located at 27/1 Sompura Kadagrahara Road, Post Anekal Taluk, Sarjapura, Yamare, Bengaluru, Karnataka 562125 (“Kay Koy”, “we”, “us”). By using this website, booking a table, or registering for an event, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You may use this website for personal, lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse it, disrupt its operation, or attempt to access it in any way other than through the interface we provide.

• Table reservations and event registrations are requests, and are confirmed only when we confirm them to you.
• Where an event is ticketed or paid, the price, inclusions, and any deadlines shown at the time of booking apply.
• Seats and events are subject to availability, and we may need to change or cancel an event, in which case we will let registered guests know.

Prices for food, drinks, and events are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise, and may change without notice. Payments are generally made in person at the venue; where an event requires advance payment, it will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

If you cannot make a booking, please let us know in advance. Any cancellation or refund terms specific to a paid event will be stated when you book that event.

Kay Koy serves alcohol and is intended for guests who are of the legal drinking age in Karnataka. We may ask for valid photo ID, and we reserve the right to refuse service in line with the law and responsible-service practices.

The Kay Koy name, logo, text, images, and design on this website belong to Kay Koy or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission.

This site may link to third-party services such as booking forms, maps, or social media. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties; their own terms apply.

This website is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Kay Koy is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website, or from any inaccuracy or unavailability of the information on it.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes relating to them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
